With a background as a student-athlete, he was drawn to the competitive, fast-paced nature of the industry and the opportunity to combine strategy with service. That drive, paired with his passion for building lasting relationships, continues to guide his work today.

Nate works with all major loan programs, including FHA, VA, and Conventional loans, as well as Jumbo and specialized products for unique borrower needs. His approach is educational and hands on, focused on clear communication and walking clients through each step so they feel supported from start to finish.

Based in Las Vegas, Nevada, Nate has built a reputation as a consistent producing loan officer and trusted partner to top real estate agents in the market. He treats every client like part of the team, with the goal of becoming their lender for life.

Outside of work, Nate is an avid golfer and sports fan who enjoys spending time with his fiancée and their dog. He is also a coffee enthusiast who loves exploring new spots around town.
